Steps:

1. Signup and create an account Brightdata
2. Download and install Bright Data Proxy Manager (with a cost) or use the Bright Data Proxy Browser Extension (which is free and easier to use)
3. Launch Proxy Manager and login to the Admin browser

4. Set Rotating (IPs) in IP control Settings

5. Add LPM Proxy port in Burp suite Upstream Proxy Server or in Socks proxy
